Every order from my store ships directly from me in Melbourne, Australia, with Australia Post. I try to process and ship orders the day they come in, but sometimes it might be the following day, all subject to time zone differences of course.
Postage delivery times, if stated, are based on current expectations from Australia Post and may vary. There are still occasional delays with customs processing in many countries.
Australian orders include GST, which is shown at checkout. There are no import duties or fees.
If you are in Germany or Sweden, you can only use this store to purchase my products directly from me. Both now require the import duty and VAT to be paid before your order is shipped, and Australia Post no longer accepts IOSS for VAT collection, so Germany and Sweden are no longer an option via Lectronz for me.
Charges for orders to Germany and Sweden are as follows:
I pay these to customs on your behalf when your order ships, so there is nothing more to pay when it's delivered.
There is currently no pre-paid option for Denmark, and my Lectronz store can't ship there either. You can order from this store, but VAT, duty, import charges and fees are collected from you when your order arrives.
You can buy from this store, but import charges are not collected at checkout. They are charged to you when your order arrives in your country, usually by your local post before delivery:
Or buy from my Lectronz store, where the VAT is paid at checkout, so you don't get those charges when your order is delivered.
Germany, Denmark and Sweden are not included in my Lectronz store as Australia Post doesn't accept IOSS for them.
There are no tariffs on US orders anymore (until there are again). There is a customs duty fee on every order, but I don't find out what it is until the package reaches US customs, so I cover it. There is nothing more to pay when your order is delivered.
Any import duties, taxes and fees charged by your country are your responsibility, and are usually collected by your local post or courier when your order arrives.
Postage rates suck, sorry :( I'm embarrassed by how much it costs to ship items overseas, and I do my best to improve rates where I can.
